I had a very pleasant buying experience at Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge. I was just starting to look for a new car, and since we have been very happy with my husband's '06 Jeep Liberty (purchased elsewhere), I decided to take a look at the Jeep Compass. I did not have an appointment, but walked in and met with Ken at the door. I explained to him what I was looking for (just a test drive, just starting a new car search, etc), and he went to get me a Compass to drive.

The test drive was short, but as I am familiar with the handling of a Jeep, it didn't matter to me. We returned to the showroom, where I explained what sort of features I was looking for in the car and wanted an estimate of cost, value for my trade, etc. Ken located what I was looking for in their inventory, was very accommodating, and did not pressure me at all to upgrade options, make a decision, etc. I let him know that I wanted to discuss things with my husband and that I would continue looking.

A couple of hours later, after looking online at the Jeep site, reading reviews, etc, I decided that this was the car for me, and I wanted my husband to see it and go a little further in negotiating a price. So I called Ken, we returned to the dealer, and he took us over to see the car he located for me. As soon as he saw the window sticker, Ken realized that the car was a front wheel drive, where I wanted 4 wheel drive. All other options were what I was looking for in the car. We returned to the showroom, where Ken located the exact car I wanted elsewhere, and, after a short period of negotiations, we settled on the car, put down a deposit, and scheduled an appointment to pick it up a few days later. All of this was done very cordially and professionally; I felt like we were having a conversation and not haggling a deal.

The day we picked up the car, we met with Tom (finance) to go over our payment plan. Ken was again very friendly as we went through the paperwork. He went over the features of the car, programmed the Bluetooth for my cell phone, and had already set the radio presets based on what I had in my old car.

I am very happy with my new toy, and I would not hesitate to recommend working with Ken if you head over to Garden City Jeep Chrysler Dodge!

(2009 Charger for the wife and 2011 Avenger for my daughter) They are friendly, they are professional, they are thorough, and the experience of buying a car is actually pleasurable here at Garden City. We went shopping for a new car, and brought in an ad from the newspaper that claimed some pretty incredible prices. We fully expected there to be some kind of scam or fine-print, but the deal was legit! They gave us the car we wanted for the outrageously low price that was advertised. We had to be pretty firm with the finance manager as he was trying to raise our rates and make our payments higher, but we finally left with a price that we were very happy with. I just purchased a 2010 Chrysler Town&Country from this dealership and the experience was wonderful. When I first walked into the showroom I was greeted by very friendly staff, who allowed me to walk around and look at the cars on display at my own pace, without the sales reps being pushy or hovering around me. The sales rep who assisted me, Jermal, was polite, knowledgable about the cars, and receptive to my needs and concerns. When it was time to discuss price, Jermal was eager to work with me to keep the cost within my budget constraints. I was very comfortable during the entire process, and at no time did I feel pressured to sign anything, nor did I feel that Jermal was trying to add anything extraneous to the deal. When it came time to pick up my new minivan, the price I was quoted was the price that I paid. There were no hidden charges or fees and everything was thoroughly explained line by line. Before I drove off the lot, Jermal demonstrated all the new features of my car. In the three years I have dealt with this Jeep dealership, I have had no problems with the servicing department.  The 8.99 oil changes that were promised to me- I never had to fight for them.  They work very quickly- I drop the car off and pick it up later in the day.  Any questions I have, I get them answered promptly.  My blinker bulb went out last week and they even showed me the bulb after fixing the problem.  Very satisfied.
